Clauss Recreation Center
CLAUSS RECREATION CENTER The CRC is available for private rentals in the Gym, Maple Room, Sycamore Dance Room, Conference Room or one of our preschool rooms that we can turn into a meeting room. To start the reservation process for one of these rooms, all you have to do is fill out a facility request form at least two weeks prior to your rental. Forms are located at the front desk of the CRC. You will then receive a response in the mail within one week confirming or denying your request. Mon-Fri: 7:30 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.
Sat: 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
Sun: 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.

| Maple Room – The Maple Room can accommodate and seat up to 100 people. Round or rectangular tables for seating (and serving) can be set up with cushioned chairs to create the party/meeting set-up you desire! Extra tables can be set up for any catering or refreshments. There is also a refrigerator/freezer and sink available in the room for no additional charge. Also, you can reserve the Gym during your Maple Room party for your group to let out some energy shooting baskets, playing volleyball, or more! Please note: in order to keep our facilities in excellent condition, party decorations are limited to table cloths, centerpieces, and free-standing additions. Any decorations or elements requiring tape, adhesives, or tacks are prohibited inside or outside the building. Thank you for your understanding. |

- Mandatory $28 flat fee for set-up of any tables and chairs
- Additional Fee: $19 for use of TV/VCR/DVD and/or presentation stand.

Gym – The gym is available for athletic events and your other fun group activities! The possibilities are endless! Reserve it for your group to let out some energy shooting baskets, playing volleyball, or more! Possibilities for games include four-square, kickball, volleyball, and of course, basketball. Number of baskets and the floor lines allow for full-court or half-court games. Our heavy-duty dividing curtain also allows the option of renting only half the gym for a decreased fee.

TURNER PARK
Pavilion – The Pavilion (picnic shelter structure) is a perfect place to host your company picnic, family reunion, or neighborhood get together. A Pavilion reservation also allows you great access to the other nearby Turner features such as our splash pad, fishing pier, and athletic field. (Note: these additional features cannot be reserved.) There are two permanent barbecues at Turner Park : one by the Pavilion and one next to the backstop of the ball field. Personal gas or charcoal barbecues and grills are allowed in the Pavilion area. Please dispose of any used charcoal briquettes in the designated metal containers found at the park. There are electrical outlets located at the Pavilion but please use as sparingly as possible, as the voltage on these outlets is limited.
Rental Fee:
- R $147 daily flat fee/ NR $172 daily flat fee
(The Pavilion may only be reserved for up to four (4) hours daily.)
Gazebo – The Gazebo is available for rent. It's a great place to secure for taking wedding pictures!This could be an extra area to have with a pavilion event. Also, this is a great gathering or ceremonial location and a very quick walk to the other Turner features.

Splash Pad – Opened 2006! Open May through September. Take advantage of this new feature at Turner Park . It consists of a splash playground and two playgrounds, designed for children of all ages.

Lake Park Student Parking Permits
Lake Park student CRC parking permits for the Clauss Recreation Center Lot are now available for purchase. Applications may be picked up at the front desk during established front desk hours. Permits are $75 for first semester or may be purchased for the entire school year at $150. Permit applications require a parent/guardian signature, driver's initials on each listed rule and regulation, and the student must produce driver's license so a photocopy can be filed with application. Parking spaces are limited to 40 spaces in the back two rows of the parking lot. Vehicles parked without the corresponding permit on record, not parked in the designated parking area, or parked before or after set parking hours will be towed at owner's expense. Parking permit may be revoked, denied, or not renewed for violations of District rules and regulations.
